Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item is damaged upon arrival
• The item received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Activewear, swimwear, shapewear, underwear
• Items worn, washed, or used
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
